Everybody knows Pedro. And if you don’t already, you will soon enough.

Pedro Kim is the entrepreneur/traveler/linguaphile and yoga enthusiast that broadens horizons for ex-pats with his tour group, Lonely Korea. At least one weekend a month Pedro leads a trip for adventurous foreigners to amazing places, many of which are off the beaten path. The trips are first-come, first-served and are a great opportunity to explore without a ton of foreigner-related hassle, as Pedro handles the details of your travel and accomodations.

However, Pedro’s dream has been to open a guest house here in Gwangju for travelers wanting to check out what Joellanamdo has to offer.

Recently renovated and opened, “Pedro’s House” is a guest house for travelers in Gwangju complete with dorm rooms, private rooms, kitchen, and living area.
