I know a lot of people want to get in shape for the summer, and I can’t think of a better way to do this in Gwangju than Zumba class! Zumba is a fun and energetic cardio class that is open to people of any level. The class takes place at the GIC from 7:00 p.m., until 8:00 p.m. You’ll need some comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water, but you’ll feel refreshed and ready for the weekend. Certified Zumba instructor Thando Mlambo is the leader of the class. If you need more details then please check out their Facebook page.
